Pls don't laugh but a few years ago, my aunt & I used to drink (yes, drink!) 1/2 glass of Japanese vinegar a day, each. We were trying to lose weight & we each drank 3L of vinegar (we each bought a 3-litre-bottle of this special vinegar). Drinking vinegar is huge in HK & Japan. U can now buy chilled cans of vinegar at the 7-11s.
