Hi Glenda,

A couple of things. First, I highly recommend starting a journal here. You can see details in the "Sticky" about journals at the top of the thread listing in this forum.

Second, I just noticed that you don't have a plan that you are following. Most people that wing it on their own have initial success (as nearly all diets do) and then they start having problems and have a very hard time getting a handle on them. I would strongly encourage you to at least look through the "Which low-carb plan is right for me?" link to the right and to get a book or two (Atkins and Protein Power are the two I would recommend initially, but I am still working my way through the others) so that you can learn and understand the underlying principles of LC'ing and how to chose WHICH carbs you eat and HOW to eat them as well as the role of protein and the various types of fat.
