Default Confession is good for the Soul, right?

Every other Friday they have Krispy Kremes galore at work. I have not had one or even been that tempted in over 6 months. In fact, I've been doing very well with the cravings.

Until last week when I started taking Thyrolene. I noticed an increase in my hunger/cravings.

Those donuts were screaming my name today. I just ate a chocoate one. I figure that was good for about 40 carbs. I did mange to scrape off some of the topping and yes, some of it actually made it to the trash. You know, the stuff that didn't stick to my fingers.

Oh man, was that ever good. I think I'm better now. I better figure out what's causing this and fast!

Anyone else ever taken guggul lipid-containing products?
