I think your still in a ketogenic state...but you don't loose don't gain...you just burn the fat incoming carbs as fuel instead of storing them. Also everyones body has a different level where they maintain at...so you will have to play and find that level. My hubby was at 100 carbs a day to maintain...we just pushed it up to 120 to see if that will allow him to maintain because he lost 3 more lbs {That puts him 8 lbs. below where he wants to be! So SAD! I wish I had that problem! Ha!}
