Feeling great I have completed my first four month on the Atkins low carb diet and am pleased start weight 302 1/2 todays weight 260, inches lost Hips - 4 3/4" Waist 5" Bust 3 1/2". I have set a goal for myself to be down to 200 by Christmas thats 60 pounds I have to loose in the next 6 months (CAN I DO IT). . . I am gonna give it all I got.
