I checked my book of food counts and it lists 2 tablespoons of tartar sauce as 1 gram of carb as long as it's not of the low-fat variety. Great with fish. In fact, it's about the only way that I can stomach fish...not a big fan of things with scales on them...cossacks or otherwise. LOL
