hey Pamlose,
I'm interested to know more about the diet you are following...I think I'm kind of on a similar plan that I made up based on a combo of different low carb diets....I don't like the idea of going as low carb as Atkins, but I DO like the idea of cutting out all of the high-carb, low nutrition foods like pasta and white bread that I practically lived on before. I've been eatting lots of fruits, veggies, protein, and fiber-filled carbs. But I'm wondering exactly what the structure of your program is? Is there a certain fat/protein/carb ratio that you're following?
I'd love to know more!
