Welcome aboard, the waters fine and drink plenty of it. This site has a ton of great recipes, but be careful because SP has a lot of rules that I know you are becoming aware of. SP cook book is wonderful. Check it out. I find keeping it simple has been the best aproach for me. The less time spent with food the better. But you do need to be prepared. I sometimes cook a lot at once and just have to reheat when hungry.
