I have been downing the water and I was wondering if my kidneys can handle it. I have recently noticed a progressive lower back pain as the day goes on and I drink more water. I have a herniated disc at L3, but this pain is completely different.

Of course, we are not all doctors, and I WILL go to a doctor soon if it does not stop.
