Yeah, I know this kind of weight loss is NOT going to keep happening. But it truly made my day.

I've been on Atkins before. The induction is so hard, but hey, if you stick to it...it's SOOO Rewarding too. I hope I have the success I'm reading from all of you. Gosh, very inspiring!
