I thought I would say hello. Your plan sounds great but I am like Shirley. I know one bite and I am back eating the way I was before. I am doing a protein fast at the the moment to start my metabolism again. I lost one pound and I will see what tomorrow well bring. I hope the whoosh fairy comes and take away about 5 lbs.
