Well I started the Atkins plan and thought I was doing great then I got to the part of the book that says that some medications may slow weight loss. I am on the Depo-provera injection for birth cotrol. I have lost three pounds. I am just wondering if I am wasting my time. Is there anyone out there who is on Depo with positive results? Any advice would be great!
