My neighbors Doctor put her on a very strick low carb diet (with no meds), due to her weight and high cholesterol. In her first month her cholesterol went from 258 to 157!!! Now her doctor is telling her to eat more butter with her veggies and steaks !!!! I like this Doctor!!
