I ripped up the gym tonight, keeping my HR at around 165. I ran for 20 minutes and biked hard for ten. Then I did a run through of all my nautilus reps:

12x3 hip extentions (all three sides) 36x3 reps in all
12x6 rep stomach crunches
12x3 biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, back, etc...
12x3 legs, both sides of thighs and inner thigh and buttocks.

Total time for workout -- 1 1/2 hours.
