Thanks for the reply another question I should have ask is, do you calculate the calorie amount based on what you weigh? Or what you should weigh?
I will try popping in some more veggies, I have never been a big fan but I can make the effort.
I am really new to this sight but I am finding that, as a group there is TONS of info here.
