I too fell off the wagon when I caught the flu....just wanted some comfort food....I ended up munching about 6 cookies and a bowl of honey nut cheerios....but then, like yourself, I got right back on the bandwagon....so you should be proud of yourself for not continuing the binge.....we are human, we are not perfect!
