Bravo JB, very good job of getting back your girlish figure and feeling so much better because of your low carbing success.

I hope to be able to write my own success story this year, so far there hasn't been much movemnt on the scale this year but with a 100+ drop in 10 months I guess I'll just have to show a little patience and continued determination to arrive at the same destination you have.
