Nancy, if you want an accurate baseline you'd have to go for 6 weeks, not a few weeks. You want to get at least 5-7 half lives out of your system.
FYI, you don't want to take ANY thyroid hormone 8 hours before you test, FT4 or FT3, they will skew your results. |
