I'm making a slight change to my exercise goal. Currently it says "Exercise 4x/week for 60+ minutes," but I'm changing it to "Exercise 3x/week for 60+ minutes and 1x/week pilates." The reason for the change is my pilates dvd is only 20 minutes and that's usually my Thursday workout since I'm so burned out by Thursday and it's either 20 minutes of pilates or nothing... I decided it'd be better to get 3 cardio based workouts and 1 toning based workout in a week instead of just 3 cardio based... Anyway, obviously there's no change in weight at the moment since I'm typing this at night. If I see a change in the morning you'd better believe I'll be back here to share.

Edited to say: Weight down this morning to 143.5! Woo!!
