(need to setup my adjustable barbells... 30# too light)

Seated DB Press:

Lateral DB Press:

DB Rows:
13 x 30#
12 x 30#
10 x 30#

*** didn't do any triceps tonight. Used higher # db's, so got hit.

DB Curls:
8 x 30#

DB Hammer Curls:
7 x 30#
