Default Protein

Well..most of my protein sources do come from soy...I drink soy milk, eat soy yogurt, soy cheese, soybeans and most of the "meat" alternatives I eat are fortified with soy protein. I eat lentils also. I love chickpeas which have 7.5 grams of protein per 1/2 cup. I love tofu which helps also. I have never found protein to be a problem. I have tried to be good about logging my intake in the journal...but I am not the worlds best about it. Actually...my last entry was kinda down But I do feel better now...I have just decided to do my own "low carb vegan" diet and see where it gets me for now! I just can't seem to give up my vegan lifestyle....so for now that is the "plan"
