Well I saw a post where you said "thanks to am workouts I lost..." so my question is what am exercise did you do? and how long did it take you to loose that?
I am asking cuz I just started lc and 60 min cardio 4x/week. and so far Im on day 4 and have lost O, nothing, zilch! Thanks
