I ran ran ran last night... Over two miles, 30 minutes, then did

12x3 rep leg lifts
12x3 hip extentions (all three sides) 36x3 reps in all
12x3 rep stomach crunches (twice)
12x3 biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, back, etc...
12x3 legs, both sides of thighs and inner thigh and buttocks.

Stretching, water.
