Hi Demi! Thanks for stopping by! Yes, I would like to join the March challenge. My birthday's March 5th, ha ha! So this'll be perfect. I thought I was going to join Ophrah's bootcamp but, I slipped and fell on ice, sustaining a concussion. So now I'm in physical therapy and all that good stuff, so my exercising is limited.
My goals are: 1. Not eating after 6
2. Cutting out all whites
3. Exercise to the best of my ability 4 to 5x's
per week. Walking will probably be best right
now.
4. Drinking 80 to 96 oz. of water per day.
I will weigh on tomorrow morning since I didn't get to weigh in this morning.

Oh, I hope to lose at least 10lbs. by the end of the month.
