I just want to point out one thing.....
Do you really think that the food and water we consume on a daily basis is weightless?
And during that consumption do our tummies not expand just a little bit to make room for it?
I agree with the others.....your weight is going to flux as much as 10 pounds a day and the inches go along with that due to consuming food and drink.
Try not to be sooooo obsessed on the tape measure and scales. It seems like you WANT this diet to fail or have a reason to go off it. Relax. Follow the plan. It does work if you have the patience. I went 8 months without scale or measurement change. However I have lost 46 pounds so far in 11 months. That is almost a pound a week. Sometimes you see it, other times you dont.
