It was a California avocado, and half of one of those is about 6.5 g of carb, so I don't think that could be classified as an overload. I probably eat LOTS more in macadamias if I can get my hands on them!!

I'm really at a loss, expecially with the sweet craving, which doesn't happen all the time, but enough for it to be quite noticeable.
