A TSH od 1.8 at 5 pm is quite high. TSH is highest in the early morning and then falls through out the day. I would bet dollars to doughnuts that a recheck of TSH, plus the Free T3 and Free T4 done at 8 am would show something vastly different.

I second (ro third or fourth) the idea of getting a new - and correct - set of tests.
