Romanian Deadlifts-55lbs-7/7/6/7
Plie Squat: 15lbs-10/10/9/12
Triset: DB lunge/FrontRaise/Lying Leg Curl-12/8/7/10
Seated Calf Raises-55lbs-10/10/10/12
