I have read many time on here about people who have low-carbed then gone off.ect. Unfortunately when U do that it does take your body longer each time to adjust and the weight loss will be slower. The good news is, U will lose weight and inches and develope muscle tone and U will have more energy and feel great! I wish U luck that U will choose this as a permanent way to eat.
