Something's wonky here.
Okay, I have PPLP and I don't see any calculations or tables to use, but I found a reference that states "we recommend you shoot for 20 to 25 percent for women." Well, according to THAT, I'm already there! And I *know* I'm not. Come on--there are rolls of the stuff hanging over my waist! My inner thighs and the backs of my arms are like jello. This is NOT "goal."
I don't know how many measurements you need, Wa'il, but I'll give you what I have.
Height: 5'7"
Weight: last time I looked, 178
Bust: 41
Waist: 31.5
Stomach: 40
Hips: 41
Thigh: 21.25
Upper arm: 13
Wrist: 6.25
Is that enough for you to go by?
