I know the feeling well .... I've been at a dead stop since before the holidays... I DID splurge alittle for the holidays and held at the 178, but started behaving myself again after the new year... so that means legitamately it's been for at least 10 weeks no change in the way my clothes felt, or the scale (Good grief I'm starting to HATE that scale!!! )

My next weigh in for myself is the 15th of this month, and I'm truly hoping that I'll have something new to say... other than 178 178 178 178 178 ... as of this morning (3/9/02) I WAS at 176 ... but I've seen that before... but I was so happy -- I changed mystats, as a positive reminder....
