Happy Valentine's Day Ladies
I hope everyones V day has been fantastic. I had some LC chocolate treats today! Oh yes.
Nadz, nice to hear from you girl, long time, no hear! Glad to see you around!
Regina, I do some type of aerobics everyday. I do Donna Richardson's 30 Days to Thinner Thighs and her 30 Days to firmer Abs & Arms one week, each of these contain either leg toners or dumbells for the arms and crunches. The next week I do Gin Miller's Step Reebok workout and Denise Austin's Ultimate Fat Burner. I do all of those on alternate days. I lift weights in the evening. I try to keep something different going so that I don't get that muscle memory thing going on. I've got to get that urban rebounder for something new and different. What about you?
I'm going to check on Nasira, its been a while since I've heard from her.
Well I better get ready to prepare for work tomorrow. I think I will do some crunches before bed. Take care everyone.
