Hi LC,
I agree with all the above... I can weigh my self one day and weight one thing and the next day or two weigh 2 lbs heaver Most of the time its water retention due to a salty day of foods or just im holding water ... or my weight will flutuate up and down for a few days then boom weightloss ... I love going by how many inches i have lost during this time... Tom can also have soemthing to do with weight gain and loss.. I usualy gain a couple of lbs before tom arives or just have no weight loss but I know that the loss is just around the corner... Dont give up just go by how you feel and how your cloths fit...Its a greater reward to be able to put on clothes you havent worn in a while or have never worn...
