Hi there......
I have experienced a lot of what I call 'scale bounces'. Going up and down and around a weight, before heading down again. I have noticed that since I've been tweaking the plan and eliminated pretty much all salty foods, there is less fluctuation. If you are using FitDay.com you can track your weight there and see a graph of what's happening. I know that though mine goes up and down a lot the general trend is definately down.
