The only 0 carb foods are very lean cuts of meat/fish/foul and fats. Everything else contains carbs. Hidden carbs, however, are not what you are dealing with here. Hidden implies that they are not listed on the label along with other carbs. Bacon and many other foods like it are in a different category - but only if you live in the US (and only on the second Tuesday of the Month -- Ok I made up that last part )
