Bi-Angular Lat. Row: 1 set 72 lbs...15 reps...2 sets...84 lbs...15 reps each.
Seated Cable Row: 45 lbs..3 sets..15 reps.
Seated Pullover: 65 lbs...3 sets....15 reps.
V-Squats: 90 lbs...2 sets....15 reps..
Lunges....2 sets....15 reps.
Leg Press: 180 lbs...3 sets...15 reps.
Seated Ab Crunches: 80 lbs...3 sets...15 reps.
Leg Curls: 45 lbs...3 sets....15..12...10 reps.
Since I've been doing the leg curls, the cheeks of my butt are so sore, it hurt to sit down
