WOW, just browsing and found this about sweet mouth. I have done adkins for 1 year. I had the bad breath , nasty mouth, for almost the entire year. THEN, I quit smoking and the nasty stinking changed to a sweet taste, and yes especially at night to go to the bathroom. I thought I had lost the ketosis, but now i don't think so.
