I weigh myself every other day, to keep myself on track. Two days ago I weighed myself and I had lost 2 more pounds. Today I weighed myself and I was up one pound... not sure why this has happened. I have stuck to it 100% no temptation no cheating and still very much in ketosis..... I can't understand why the gain. Anyone have any clues? ideas?
