Feb. 07, 2005.......Monday......Weight lifting.

Medicine Ball Press on Resist Ball: Ball weight 20 lbs. 3 sets...12 reps...

Bi-Angular Lat. Row: 72 lbs...2 sets...15 reps...1 set...84 lbs...15 reps.

Seated Cable Row: 45 lbs...3 sets....15 reps.

Seated Pullover: 65 lbs...3 sets...20 reps.

V-Squats: 90 lbs....2 sets.....15 reps.
Lunges: 2 sets....15 reps..

Leg Press: 180 lbs...3 sets...15 reps..

Leg Curls: 45 lbs....3 sets...15 reps.

Seated Ab crunches: 80 lbs...3 sets....15 reps.



I went way down on the squats today, the 90 lbs. is what Brian had me doing, and this morning, I felt that was a bit light. I think the next weight lifting day I'll be doing about 140 pounds. Not going to be going over 200 pounds again for awhile, think that put way too much stress on my knees. I did up the weight on the medicine ball, I was really feeling that in my arms this morning.
