Red face Bye Bye Back Fat

I can't believe I'm over two hundred pounds... I've been denying it for a while now... enough time to get to 210. I eat too much, ever exercise and it's killing me.

210 is bad enough, but I have rolls of fat on my back... not one roll, lots of rolls.
This has to stop...

I have a plan. Two years ago I went from 188 to 140 using the Walk away the pounds videos. I felt great and looked better. So tomorrow (I'm too tired right now... well it is 9:37pm!!) I'm going to get up and walk. One mile... that's all... One mile. Can do it... YES I can do it!
