Abs - bicycle type-three sets of twenty five
laying leg lifts-three sets of twenty

triceps-two exercises=two sets of fifteen

girlie pushups-twelve

cardio=treadmill=sixty minutes

Going to start alternating with elliptical beginning tommorrow.
