I'm a yo-yo Atkins goer! I have started and restared it so many times (I know I know...not good!). Typically for me, when I restart and do induction I will lose about 3-4 pounds in the first week, and then it slows right down. Not too encouraging I know! I don't exercise as much as I should either though, so I'm sure that doesn't help! I'm 5'5" so we're very similar in size.....you may have better results than me though....everyone is different.
