you can also have a look at people's fitday. They normally have them as part of their signature, and all the food they eat is entered there. Have a look at mine, but it's probably a bit chaotic ;-) And I probably wouldnt advise anybody to eat as much whipped cream with cocoa powder as I do, but I'm trying to cut down a bit...
