GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!!

I NEED TO CHANGE THE CHART A BIT. MY GOAL WEIGHT FOR THE CHALLENGE IS 148 BUT MY CURRENT WEIGHT IS 155. YESTERDAY WAS A HIGH CARB DAY ALTHOUGH ALL I REALLY ATE WAS A SALAD BUT SMOTHERED IT IN BLUE CHEESE DRESSING AND IT DOES ADD UP. WEIGHT STAYED THE SAME FOR THE SECOND DAY IN A ROW SO I HAVE TO REEL THINGS IN IF I WANT TO MAKE GOAL. I LOST ALMOST 10 LBS IN JANUARY AND THIS CHALLENGE IS JUST WHAT I NEED TO GET GOING AGAIN. IDEALLY, I WOULD LIKE TO LOSE BETWEEN 1-2 LBS PER WEEK SO IF I COULD JUST LOSE 4 LBS THIS MONTH, I THINK I COULD STILL HOLD MY HEAD UP HIGH.
