I recommend that you use a blend of two different sweeteners together. They work synergistically and you get a sweeter taste than if you use just one sweetener alone. Meaning you can use less sweetener overall. For example, the recipe calls for 6 packets of sweetener A. Instead, use 2 packets each of sweetener A and B.

The bulk Splenda is supposed to measure cup for cup the same as sugar, but that's only true for amounts of ½ cup or less. One cup of Splenda will make your recipe go beyond sweet to actually tasting bitter. I use a mix of liquid stevia extract and liquid SugarTwin (which in Canada is cyclamate ) both are zero carbs.
