Went to the gym on Sunday as a cool down day. I was supposed to do PiYo which is a combination yoga and pilates class. Well the Piyo was cancelled so I got on the elliptical 30 minutes and then 15 minutes on the treadmill. This burned about 550 calories. I just cant believe it. I am glad I did it this morning I woke up with snow all over so I didnt go to the gym. More than made up for it Sunday though. I will be back to the gym on Tuesday morning.
