Default How do I set a goal

Hey Guys!

Well today is an odd day. I was looking at all the weight I have lost and looked at the goal I had set. I set it to 200 pounds. Feeling as though that is still a million miles away.. But, very happy with the progress that I have had! But, I am not not really all that sure about how to draw the line about were I should start the maintiance part of the diet. I know that I at the very least want to get down to around 250. That is where I want to be right now. But, I am not sure if that will change any ideas at all. Help please! How do I draw the line at were to stop trying to loss weight?
