laying leg raises-4 sets of 20
triceps-2 different types 2 sets of 15
Treadmill 1/12 hours
Good workout. Kept heart rate w/in target, but couldnt seem to break much of a sweat today..not a big fan of that. Reduced incline on treadmill. Kept speed up.
Feeling good though
