Default Nutritional Counts--Liberty Yogurt

I'm trying to figure out the nutritional content of Liberty Mediteranee Yogurt. It's 10% bf and absolutely delicious. There's no nutritional count on the container, but Liberty does give information at their website--unfortunately, it's percentages for 100 g. Here's what I'm doing--could someone let me know if I'm on the right track?

Calories 127
Protein 3.71%
Fat 10%
Carbohydrates 4.16%

There are 245 grams in an 8- fl. oz serving of yogurt, so to get the count for a cup of Liberty, I multiply all those values by 2.45.

Calories 311
Protein 9.1
Fat 24.5
Carbohydrates 10.2

What's the feeling about counting any yogurt as 2 g of carbs per half cup, because the lactose has been transformed by the bacterial cultures? I generally mix a 1/4 cup of the 10% with a 1/4 cup of kefir (very tangy) and count it as 2 carbs. Am I fooling myself?
