Yup - I read the tips on stalling, etc and am considering it all very carefully.
My scales are at the same place as they were when I first started Induction but I have been doing different things at the gym (not necessarily more)...
Ketosis is back too
I guess I just want to see that dial go backwards...forwards is a NO-NO for me.
